Sixteen men visit college seminary during Come and See weekend
BY WKC STAFF
Over the weekend of April 18, 16 young men attended a Come and See discernment visit to Conception Seminary College in Conception, Missouri, sponsored by the Diocese of Owensboro’s Office of Vocations.
A Come and See visit provides the opportunity for a young man to experience seminary life and consider the possibility that God might be calling him to the priesthood.
The Office of Vocations also welcomes all – young people, older people, married couples, families, priests and religious – to its weekly Vocations Tuesday event at Sts. Joseph and Paul Parish in Owensboro. Vocations Tuesday includes 6:30 p.m. Holy Hour for vocations with confessions, followed by a 7:30 p.m. Mass for vocations.
For future vocations events, visit https://www.owensborovocations.com/events-calendar. Anyone with questions regarding discernment and vocations can contact vocations director Fr. Corey D. Bruns directly at [email protected].
