BY JOHN CLARK, SPECIAL TO THE WESTERN KENTUCKY CATHOLIC
On Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, the Knights of Columbus Council 11132 held the first of their annual Lenten Fish Fries, which are held every Friday until Holy Week. Several members met at Christ the King Parish Center to prepare the food, set up tables and serve customers. The fish fry is open to the Madisonville community and all proceeds are given to Christ the King School. Earlier this year, the Knights also served a pancake breakfast for the members of the parish as a kickoff to Catholic Schools Week 2026.
