Precious Blood hosts ‘totally Catholic’ VBS

Precious Blood Parish in Owensboro had a great week of VBS from July 16-18, 2024. Made possible in part from a grant from the Catholic Foundation of Kentucky, (which is funded by the annual Disciples Response Fund), the parish offered a free and totally Catholic-themed VBS, called Parachuting with the Angels. Attendees ranging from four years old to fifth grade learned about angels and St. Catherine Laboure and the Miraculous Medal through skits, props, songs, crafts, and faith lessons. They also spent time with Jesus during Adoration.
