“I am a cradle Catholic, definitely strongly rooted. I grew up at Holy Spirit, went to Western Kentucky University and was very involved in the Newman Center.”

“In a lot of ways the parish is my family.”

“It’s so cool being Catholic because Mass is being said all over the world every day in all different languages.”

“For the past few years I have helped with teaching Confirmation classes and leading Confirmation retreats at Holy Spirit Parish.”

“At St. Joseph Parish in Bowling Green I have helped co-lead the youth ministry there.”

“This year I’m on the planning team and core team for young adult ministry, BG Catholics.”

“When I started going to Western, I embraced my faith as my own. My parents always encouraged us to grow in our faith, and at Western I was introduced to Bible studies and discipleship with FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students).”

“The Catholic faith is for anybody!”
